Queensbridge House

Queensbridge House provides accommodation for up to 27 people, supporting those with mental health needs. At the time of the assessment, 12 people were living there. The CQC focused this assessment on infection control practices and found improvements had been made since the last inspection, with people describing the home as clean and staff as kind and knowledgeable about their needs.

Overall, Queensbridge House requires improvement. Inspectors found strengths in caring and effective support, but identified shortfalls in how responsive and well-led the service was, and have told the provider it must improve in these areas.
