Rowans

Rowans accommodates up to eight people with learning disabilities in one adapted building. At the time of inspection, seven people were using the service. Everyone spoken with had nothing but praise for the home. One family member commented that their relative, who had lived there for 25 years, was in an excellent place where staff truly understood their needs.
