Drummonds

Drummonds provides accommodation and personal care for up to 45 people, though it does not provide nursing care. At inspection, 34 people were using the service.

The management team kept residents and their relatives informed about COVID-19 impacts on the service, with relevant policies and procedures in place to prevent infection spread. Staff had received infection control training and consistently applied it in practice.

Medicines were administered safely and as prescribed by trained, competent staff. Staff had received safeguarding training, and the registered manager demonstrated awareness of their responsibilities.
