Henderson and Harvard operates across two bungalows, providing support to eight people with learning and physical disabilities. The service maintains clean and hygienic premises with a structured cleaning schedule that includes frequent attention to high-touch points. Staff implemented robust COVID-19 testing procedures with clear management oversight, and contingency plans were in place should tests not be collected as arranged. People were supported to socially distance in communal areas during the inspection period.
