This residential service provides personal care and support to people living with learning disabilities and physical disabilities, currently supporting six residents. People feel safe at the home, and staff have received safeguarding training with clear procedures for raising concerns about abuse. Risk assessments are in place for each person, with staff knowledgeable about supporting residents to manage identified risks. Staffing levels are adequate to meet residents' needs, and staff have completed infection control training and understand the importance of following government guidance on COVID-19.
