Roundham Court

This residential care home provides personal care to 35 people aged 65 and over, including those living with dementia. At inspection, 29 residents were living at the service. Residents felt safe and protected from harm, with risks managed through safe processes. When a window-related risk was identified, it was repaired immediately.

Staff created a relaxed, caring atmosphere. Residents described them as kind and attentive, with one person saying "The staff are excellent. I only have to ask, and they help me. We have a giggle. This is my home" and another noting "I couldn't wish for a better place." The home fostered positive relationships between residents and staff.
