Staff demonstrated strong infection control practices, with personal protective equipment readily available and all staff trained in its proper use and the latest guidance. The provider had implemented appropriate COVID-19 testing arrangements following government guidance. The premises were maintained to a high standard with a regular cleaning schedule, and staff recently invested in a fogger machine to deep clean difficult-to-reach areas, ensuring thorough sanitisation. Throughout these measures, staff balanced maintaining a safe environment with keeping life as normal as possible for residents.
