Tudor Court Care Home

Tudor Court is a residential care home providing personal and nursing care to 18 people aged 65 and over, with capacity for up to 29 residents. Medicines processes and systems were generally in place and people received their medications as prescribed. However, liquid and cream medicines had not been dated once opened, meaning staff could not be assured the medicines were safe and effective to use.

The environment was clean and staff followed infection control procedures in line with national guidance. People and their relatives reported having no concerns about the quality of care at the home and felt that staff were caring and attentive to their needs.
