Rother Valley View

Rother Valley View accommodates up to 6 adults with learning disabilities and autistic people in 6 self-contained flats within a single building. The service includes communal spaces such as a kitchen, dining and living room, alongside a large enclosed garden. At inspection, 3 people were using the service.

Staff supported people to make choices and exercise control over their lives in the least restrictive way possible. The care model maximised independence and personal choice. Risk assessments were in place and regularly monitored to keep people safe. The home had strengthened systems to protect people, though further improvements were needed to ensure all incidents were consistently reported. Infection control measures were being actively managed.
