Rother Valley View

Rother Valley View provides accommodation and personal care for up to six people, including those with a learning disability and autistic people. Under a new provider and manager, the CQC found the home now rated good overall, an improvement from the previous requires improvement rating. Inspectors found people were kept safe, treated as individuals, and supported to make choices and build independence.

Care records were person centred and reviewed regularly, and staff worked well with health and social care professionals. Minor issues around medicine records and one care plan were addressed immediately. Relatives and residents spoke positively about feeling safe and well cared for, and staff described a supportive, open culture led by an accessible manager.
