Kingdom House

Kingdom House is a residential care home providing support for up to 8 people with a learning disability and autistic people. At the time of the CQC's assessment, 5 people were living there. The service is now rated good overall, an improvement following earlier concerns.

Inspectors found people felt safe and happy, with staff supporting them to make choices and pursue interests. Care planning and food safety systems had improved, though records of day-to-day welfare and cleaning audits still needed further work. Some relatives raised concerns about staffing levels affecting activities at weekends, and about newer staff needing more training.
