Nethermoor Care Home

Nethermoor Care Home provides personal care for up to 33 older people and people living with dementia. At inspection, 31 people were using the service. Some areas of the building required maintenance to enable effective cleaning, though the provider was undertaking an extensive refurbishment programme. People and relatives spoke positively about the cleanliness and recent improvements to many rooms.

People felt safe at the home and were protected from abuse. Staff understood how to recognise and report concerns appropriately. Medicines were generally managed safely.
