Roseworth Lodge Care Home

Roseworth Lodge Care Home supports up to 48 older people, including those living with dementia. At inspection, 32 residents were living at the home. The environment is safe, with recent extensive improvements including replaced equipment and furniture, and completed repairs. Effective infection prevention and control measures are in place, and environmental and individual risks are recognised and managed.

The home has been designed to support people living with dementia. Brighter lighting, reminiscing images on walls, and dementia-friendly signage throughout help residents navigate and enjoy the space. Personal Emergency Evacuation Plans are accurate and the provider has plans in place to keep people safe in the event of a fire.
