About Piper Court
Piper Court provides personal and nursing care to up to 60 people, including older adults, those living with dementia, and people with mental health conditions. At inspection, 38 people were using the service.
People told inspectors they felt safe at the home. However, medicines records were not always accurate or up to date, and management of risk around dietary requirements was not always clearly documented. Records for maintenance and safety checks were incomplete, and night staff had not participated in recent fire drills. The manager handled safeguarding concerns appropriately.
