Piper Court provides nursing and personal care for up to 51 people, including those living with dementia. The CQC found the home was performing well overall, rated Good. Staffing levels were sufficient, recruitment was safe, and the environment was clean and well maintained.

A recent rise in medicines errors had reduced significantly following action by the provider, with clearer guidance now in place for staff.

Safeguarding concerns and incidents were reported and investigated appropriately, though analysis of trends could be more detailed. Some quality assurance audits had not been completed consistently, and the provider was addressing this. Staff and relatives gave positive feedback, describing a supportive culture and care that helped people maintain independence.
