Primrose Court Nursing Home

This nursing home provides residential and nursing care for up to 54 young adults and older people with mental health conditions, dementia, physical disabilities or sensory impairments. The service is split across two floors with separate adapted facilities, and the ground floor specialises in mental health care. At inspection, 46 people were using the service.

People reported feeling safe and happy living there. Staff numbers were adequate and showed good knowledge of the people they supported. The home had made improvements since the previous inspection, though recommendations were made regarding systems for managing distress and agitation.
