Rosewood Care Home

Rosewood Care home provides personal care and accommodation for up to 43 people, some of whom live with dementia. At the time of inspection, the service was supporting 25 people.

While some improvements had been made, risks associated with care and treatment continued to be inconsistently managed, leaving people at potential risk of harm. The home was working to ensure people received medicines when needed. Sufficient staff were on duty to meet care needs, and systems were in place to protect people from abuse and prevent infection spread.
