Rosehill House Residential Home

Rosehill House is a residential care home for up to 30 older people, some living with dementia. At inspection, 27 people were using the service. Previous concerns regarding medicine management had been identified, with audits not consistently detecting issues and records that were not always up to date.

The home had been rated Requires Improvement at the last inspection due to checks and monitoring that had not always been completed.
