Tresillian Residential Home

Tresillian is a residential care home providing personal care to six people, with capacity for up to seven residents. The service also offers short-stay accommodation on a separate floor. Staff support residents to be independent and have control over their own lives, encouraging them to make choices and participate in meaningful activities as part of their planned care. Residents are supported to identify their aspirations and goals, and have choice over their living environment with the ability to personalise their rooms. Staff help people maintain their own health and wellbeing and support them with medicines in ways that promote independence and achieve the best possible health outcomes.
