Rose Lodge

Rose Lodge provides nursing and personal care for older people, with 51 residents living there at the time of inspection. During the inspection, the service demonstrated strong infection control measures in response to COVID-19. Visitors were limited to essential visits only, with hand washing and temperature checks required upon entry. All visitors were asked to take COVID-19 tests and wait in the car park for results before entering the building. Staff provided appropriate personal protective equipment to residents and wore full PPE when supporting people, regardless of their COVID-19 status, ensuring consistent protection across the service.
