The environment is clean, safe and suitably equipped to meet people's physical and emotional needs, with appropriate COVID-19 safety measures in place.

Residents have developed long-term friendships at the service and are treated with equality and dignity. The home has plans in place to support people to move if this has been identified as being in their best interests.
