Rose Court Nursing and Residential Home

Rose Court Nursing and Residential Home is a purpose-built facility in Radcliffe near Bury, Greater Manchester, providing nursing and personal care accommodation for up to 109 people, some with dementia. At the time of inspection, 87 people were living at the home.

The registered manager demonstrated strong leadership with a clear vision for the service, actively promoting teamwork and valuing input from residents, relatives, and staff. The manager worked collaboratively with other agencies to enhance people's experiences and promote quality care across the organisation.
