Regency Care Centre is a purpose-built home across two floors containing three units: Springwater, Philips, and Heaton. The home accommodates up to 60 people in single bedrooms with en-suite facilities, along with several assisted bathrooms throughout. A passenger lift services the first floor.

At inspection, 55 residents were living at the home.

People and their relatives consistently praised staff as kind, caring, and compassionate. Residents reported being cared for in the way they wanted and needed, and inspectors observed warm, friendly interactions between staff and residents throughout their visit.
