Rookery Cottage

Rookery Cottage provides residential care to up to 13 people, including older adults and those living with dementia. At inspection, 12 residents were living at the service.

Care is delivered safely, with risk assessments in place that are reviewed regularly as people's needs change. Staff understand safeguarding procedures, and safe recruitment practices ensure staff suitability. There are consistently enough staff to meet care needs, and people receive appropriate support with medicines. Good infection control practices are followed throughout the home, and accidents, incidents and falls are properly recorded.
