The service operates three floors within one adapted building with capacity for up to 114 people, though only three of five units were in use at inspection, including two nursing units.

Medicines were managed safely overall, though inspectors recommended clearer wording in some protocols to align with best practice. Staff assessed and monitored people's risks appropriately. Staffing levels had improved since the last inspection, with the provider actively recruiting through robust recruitment processes.
