Romford Nursing Care Centre provides personal and nursing care to 47 residents, most of whom are older people with some having dementia. The service operates three floors within one adapted building with capacity for up to 114 people, though only three of five units were in use at inspection, including two nursing units.

Medicines were managed safely overall, though inspectors recommended clearer wording in some protocols to align with best practice. Staff assessed and monitored people's risks appropriately. Staffing levels had improved since the last inspection, with the provider actively recruiting through robust recruitment processes. Safeguarding systems were in place to protect residents from abuse.
