Roebuck Nursing Home

Roebuck Nursing Home provides accommodation with nursing and personal care for people who need support with their health and daily living needs. The CQC found the service had improved significantly since its last inspection, moving from Requires Improvement to Good, with no ongoing breaches of regulation. Inspectors found risks were well managed, staff were recruited safely and supported through training, and there were enough staff on hand to meet people's needs.

People described feeling safe and well cared for, with their preferences respected and choices honoured. Care plans were thorough and kept up to date, often with input from health professionals. The CQC also found a strong culture of learning, with feedback, complaints and audits used to drive ongoing improvement across the home.
