Heath Lodge

Heath Lodge provides accommodation for up to 67 older people, including those living with dementia. At the time of inspection, 25 people were living at the home.

Staff assess people's nutritional needs and meet specific dietary requirements, referring residents to specialist professionals when necessary. People are supported to eat sufficient amounts, and staff take appropriate steps when people are at risk of weight loss. However, staff do not always clearly record the amount people eat or drink. The service follows safe infection prevention and control procedures to protect people from harm.
