The CQC found improvements since the last inspection, particularly around infection control, but governance remained weak, with inaccurate and inconsistent audits, leaving the provider in breach of regulation. Staff were described as kind and knowledgeable, and people said they felt safe, well cared for and happy living at the home, with an approachable management team, though some care plans needed more detail.
