Autumn Vale Care Centre

Autumn Vale Care Centre is a purpose-built residential care home providing personal and nursing care to 61 older people, with capacity for up to 69. The service operates across four units, supporting people living with dementia, those with nursing needs, and short-stay residents.

People feel safe in the home's care. One resident expressed this directly, stating, "Here is so different, I feel safe because I don't have any worries. For the first time I feel that I don't have to worry about anything." Staff understand how to keep people safe and report concerns appropriately. The home maintains adequate staffing levels to meet residents' needs, and risks to people's safety and welfare are identified and addressed promptly. Medicines are well managed, with people receiving them as prescribed, and the home maintains clean living spaces.
