Rochester Care Home provides residential personal care and support for up to 56 older people, with the Napier Unit offering respite care for up to eight people with complex physical and learning disabilities. At inspection, 53 residents lived in the home across four separate wings, and six people were on respite stays. People, relatives and staff described the service as exceptionally well-led.

The registered manager led by example and promoted an open, inclusive culture where residents, families and staff were all valued for their individuality.
