Avenues South East - 74 Wilson Avenue

74 Wilson Avenue accommodates up to six people with learning disabilities, physical disabilities and autistic spectrum conditions. At inspection, five residents were living there with diverse and complex needs including cerebral palsy, autism, diabetes and limited verbal communication abilities. The home provides accommodation alongside nursing and personal care as an integrated service. Inspectors observed the premises and the care provided during their visit.
