Roby House Care Centre

Roby House Care Home provides accommodation, personal and nursing care for up to 55 people across two floors with lift access. At inspection, 52 people were living at the service. The home has strengthened its systems for checking quality and safety since the last inspection, with risks to people's health and safety now properly identified and managed. Suitable staffing levels are maintained with skilled and experienced staff following safe recruitment procedures. Medicines are safely managed by competent staff, and systems are in place for reporting and learning from accidents and incidents.

The home maintains high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout. Staff understand their safeguarding responsibilities and follow safe infection control procedures. People's needs and choices are assessed individually, with care plans developed to detail how their needs will be met. Staff receive appropriate training and support for their roles.
