Hillside Care Home

Hillside Care Home accommodates up to 119 people requiring personal and nursing care across four separate units over two floors. At inspection, 72 people were using the service. Staff complete assessments of each person's needs and use the outcomes to develop individualised care plans that clearly set out people's needs and how they wish them to be met.

People's health and wellbeing are monitored in line with their care plans, with staff responding promptly to any changes. When required, the home makes prompt referrals to external health and social care professionals to support people's wellbeing.
