Robinson House Care Home

Robinson House provides personal and nursing care for up to 70 people across four separate houses within one building. At inspection, 69 people were using the service, including two flexi beds for people in crisis and two end of life beds. The service works closely with commissioners to support vulnerable people and their families.

People receive safe care with appropriate risk assessments involving health and social care professionals to minimise risk. Medicines are administered safely, though there were some gaps in recording topical cream applications. The manager implemented daily checks to address this issue.

The service has clear safeguarding procedures in place to recognise and respond to abuse, with staff trained in following these procedures to protect people from harm.
