Hartcliffe Nursing Home

Hartcliffe Nursing Home cares for up to 66 people, with 50 residents at the time of inspection. Food and fluid charts are fully completed by staff along with positional charts, and instances where people refuse food and drink are clearly recorded. The registered manager identified recent shortfalls in record-keeping for food, fluid and positional charts during monitoring in August 2022. Since then, daily audits of these records have been undertaken by the registered manager and deputy manager to ensure accuracy and compliance.
