Riverside House

Riverside House provides accommodation and support to a maximum of 10 younger adults with learning disabilities or autistic spectrum disorder. At the time of inspection, three people were using the service full time and two were using it for short periods of respite care. The service is designed around values of choice, promotion of independence and inclusion, enabling people with learning disabilities and autism to live as ordinary a life as any citizen.

Following previous breaches identified in October 2017 relating to safe care and treatment, governance and staffing, the provider was required to complete an action plan. At this inspection, inspectors found that the provider had successfully implemented all required actions and was no longer in breach of the relevant regulations.
