Bailey House

Bailey House provides personal care for up to three younger adults with a learning disability and/or autism. At the time of inspection, all three available places were occupied. The service was unable to demonstrate how it was meeting some of the core principles expected by regulators for supporting people with learning disabilities and autistic people. This included ensuring people have respect, equality, dignity, choices, independence, and good access to their local communities.
