The CQC rated the home Good overall, finding it had resolved previous breaches around governance, risk management, recruitment, consent and person-centred care.

Inspectors found staff were kind, well trained and recruited safely, with improved care planning, medicines management and risk oversight. Some fire safety actions had been dealt with late, and further work was needed to fully embed governance systems, though relatives and staff spoke positively about the management of the home.
