Windsor Court

Windsor Court is a residential care home providing personal and nursing care to up to 77 people aged 65 and over across four units on two floors. At the time of inspection, 48 residents were in the home.

Inspectors found that quality monitoring systems had not been effective, with previously identified areas remaining unaddressed. Communication with relatives and staff needed improvement. The home did not always have sufficient staffing to meet residents' needs, and systems for assessing staffing levels and managing shift rotas were not consistently accurate.
