Bel-Esprit Social Care Ltd provides personal care and accommodation for up to six younger adults with mental health conditions and learning disabilities in one adapted building. At inspection, two people were receiving the service. The provider offers safe and person-centred care delivered by a skilled staff team. People are kept safe from abuse and avoidable harm, receive their medicines on time and as prescribed, and benefit from safe recruitment practices. All areas are maintained clean and tidy with sufficient cleaning to prevent infection risks. The provider and registered manager recognised that their auditing process, while in place, requires further development to fully capture lessons learned and actions taken.
