Sandhall Park

Sandhall Park is a purpose-built care home providing accommodation and personal care for up to 50 younger and older adults, including people living with dementia or mental health illnesses. The CQC found the home overall Good, with staff treating people with dignity and respect, safe recruitment and medicines management, and person-centred care that families and residents spoke highly of.

Some governance and record-keeping shortfalls remained, including incomplete risk assessments and audits needing further development, though inspectors found enough improvement to clear a previous breach. Families described the home as welcoming and the management team as approachable, and people said they felt safe and well supported by staff.
