Rivermead

Rivermead provides personal care to 33 people aged 65 and over living with dementia across one adapted building with 33 bedrooms, shared communal bathrooms, and three living areas. Although staff knew residents well and met their daily care needs, inspectors found a lack of personalisation in care delivery. There were missed opportunities for staff to engage meaningfully with residents, resulting in periods where people were left unoccupied in communal areas without stimulation or interaction.
