Parkside Residential Home provides care and support for up to 31 older people, including those living with dementia, and is also registered to support people with learning disabilities or autism. At the time of the assessment, 27 people were living at the home.

The CQC found the service was performing well, rating it Good overall. Inspectors found strong, compassionate leadership, safe recruitment and staffing levels, and staff who understood people's individual needs. People and relatives spoke positively about feeling safe, valued and involved in their care.
