Parkside

Parkside is a residential care home providing care and support to older people with a variety of health conditions. At the time of inspection, 29 people were living at the service. People, relatives and staff said their needs were met in a caring and person-centred way, with everyone sharing positive comments about their experience. Residents were happy living there, and relatives felt welcomed and included. One relative who continued visiting regularly even after their own family member no longer lived there said, "I visit most days and it's nice to have that in my life. I can still see" the staff and other residents they had grown close to.
