The service supports six people with a learning disability in a shared home. Staff use bespoke communication tools including pictures to discuss care with residents and obtain their consent, supporting people to have maximum choice and control over their lives. The service is designed around values of choice, promotion of independence and inclusion, enabling people to live as ordinary a life as possible.

Relatives and a social care professional praised the quality of care, describing the service as safe. They noted that the registered manager leads by example and ensures staff are knowledgeable about people's individual needs.
