Riverlee Residential and Nursing Home

Riverlee Residential and Nursing Home provides personal and nursing care for up to 75 people, including those living with dementia. At the time of the CQC assessment, 61 people were living at the home. The service has been rated Good overall, an improvement on its previous Requires Improvement rating, with earlier breaches around safe care and governance now resolved.

Inspectors found people were protected from abuse, risks were managed well, and staffing levels were sufficient. Medicines were given safely and people could access healthcare professionals when needed. People and relatives spoke positively about staff kindness, the food and how the home was run.
