Beechcroft Care Home

Some audits were not robust enough to spot gaps in risk plans, medicines management and call bell response records, though the manager acted promptly to address most issues.

Inspectors found people's needs were assessed with their involvement, and staff worked well with outside professionals. People and relatives praised staff as kind, respectful and patient, describing care as personalised, with good food, activities and support to stay independent. Staff felt well supported and had opportunities to develop.
