Richmond Village Wood Norton

Richmond Village Wood Norton is a purpose-built residential care home providing personal and nursing care to up to 60 people, with 50 residents at the time of inspection. The service supports younger and older people and those with dementia within an adapted building that forms part of a retirement community.

Governance systems were not effective in identifying and addressing safety issues, and the home failed to notify CQC of reportable events. Relatives expressed mixed views about the home's leadership, with some reporting poor communication.
