Brompton House Care Home

The home provides accommodation and personal care for up to 40 adults, some with dementia-related illnesses. At the time of inspection, 32 people were living there. Residents told inspectors they felt safe and that staff supported them with their safety. Staff demonstrated understanding of how to minimise risks to people's safety and explained they would report any suspected abuse to management who would take appropriate action. Inspectors observed staff helping and supporting people by offering guidance and care that reduced their overall risks of potential harm or injury.
