Bricklehampton Hall

Bricklehampton Hall is a nursing home providing nursing and personal care for up to 55 people, with 45 people living there at the time of the assessment. The CQC rated the service inadequate overall and took enforcement action against the provider. Breaches were found relating to person-centred care, dignity and respect, safe care, safeguarding, and governance, and these remained unresolved at the time of this visit.

Inspectors noted some improvements to the environment, safeguarding processes, wound care monitoring and incident recording, alongside a recent change of management and support from a consultancy agency. However, negative feedback from residents and families had not yet been acted on, and significant shortfalls remained across most areas assessed.
