Rhodsac Care Home

Rhodsac provides long and short-term residential care for up to four people with learning disabilities, autism and mental health conditions. At the time of inspection, four people lived at the home. People described staff as kind, caring and respectful, with good relationships developing between residents and staff members. The service supports people to stay fit and healthy, encouraging healthier lifestyles, promoting good nutrition and ensuring people attend medical appointments. Staff are committed to helping people socialise and maintain meaningful relationships within their community. Throughout the home, people are supported to have maximum choice and control over their lives, with staff using the least restrictive approaches possible in their best interests. The service ensures that people can live as full a life as possible, with outcomes reflecting principles of choice, control, independence and inclusion.
