Neath Hill Care Home

Neath Hill Care Home provides accommodation and personal care for up to 47 older people, many living with dementia. At the time of inspection, 45 residents were living at the service.

The home had implemented safe visitor arrangements including a booking system, rapid testing, vaccination verification, temperature checks and sign-in procedures. Isolation, co-horting and zoning practices were in place to manage infection control risks. Staff demonstrated good practice in maintaining hygiene standards and following infection prevention protocols to protect residents' wellbeing.
