Thurston House

Thurston House provides accommodation and personal care for up to seven people with mental health needs. At inspection, six people were living at the service. The registered manager has ensured staffing levels are sufficient to meet people's needs, with staff working flexibly and going above and beyond to provide safe care and support during challenging situations. COVID-19 testing procedures for staff, residents, and visitors follow current government guidance, and the service meets requirements for non-exempt staff and visiting professionals.
