Reuben Manor provides accommodation and personal care to 50 residents, some living with dementia, with capacity for up to 83 people in one large adapted building. Relatives praised the quality of care, particularly highlighting staff support during end-of-life care. One relative commented that staff were "exceptional" and that their loved one was "cared for beyond anything we could possibly hope for." Medicines were managed safely and the service had implemented improved processes for monitoring.
